If you read old post i'have had the same problem: compile mod_cas under windows.

It's too hard to compile mod_cas under windows due to some linux-lib i
can't match under Window.

Today i use Yale Cas Java Client under Windows and mod_cas uder Linux.

If u want, try to compile Apache. Then add mod_cas to Apache project
and add all library requested.

Good work
