Sorry for my late answer. I'm being a bit busy those weeks. I really do not have any clue for your issue. I succesfully set up VMWares based on clean install of with my tutorial : - Windows 2003 Standart Edition US + JDK 1.4.2 + Tomcat 5.0.29 (used as cas server + KDC) - Windows XP SP2 for the Client : IE 6 + Firefox 1.5 (used as client on the domain) I also tested the following combo : - Windows 2003 Standart Edition US (used as KDC) - Windows XP SP2 for the Client : IE 6 + Firefox 1.5 (used as client on the domain) - Debian Sarge + JDK 1.4.2 + Tomcat 5.0.29 (used as cas server) Those installs were made from scratch with default options.
