I would like to see this as a sub-project of CAS:
Central Identity Service:
Provide SSO Login/Logout functionality by delegating to CAS.
Detect password expired condition and initiate change password
functionality
If requested, together with user Id output other Users attributes
(name, dob, ) in XML
format.
Change Users password both on Users request and when expired.
Reset Users password by administrator.
Process forgot my password requests.
