What LDAP directory are you using? Certain ones require certain values (i.e.
some use cn instead of uid, etc.) We had a list mapping the values but I
can't seem to locate it. Does anyone know where it is?

You can also try getting it to work with the non FastBind (just to confirm
it works with your LDAP server without issue).

Any other suggestions of what I should do to get this to work? Thanks.
