eventhough the ticket is generated for http://localhost/test

Error log says => ticket 'ST-69-ijV9kTPozzBvhQOfukXO' not recognized

I used the following url to do serviceValidate

https://<cas
machine>:8443/cas/serviceValidate?service=http://localhost/test&ticket=ST-69-ijV9kTPozzBvhQOfukXO
