Is there a way for *what* to check if there is a valid TGT cookie in what context?
Of course, CAS server already checks the validity of that cookie in the normal course of its login workflow. Are you asking whether there's a way for an application that is a client of CAS authentication to check whether the user already has a valid ticket granting cookie such that authentication can be achieved transparently? CAS supports this via the "gateway=true" configuration, about which much has been written and which is covered in some detail in available powerpoint presentations about CAS. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of upasana immidi > Sent: Tuesday, January 30, 2007 9:42 PM > To: cas > Subject: TGT in the cookie > > Hl, > > is there a way to check if there is a valid TGT in the cookie? > > Cheers, > Anna > _______________________________________________ > Yale CAS mailing list > [email protected] > http://tp.its.yale.edu/mailman/listinfo/cas _______________________________________________ Yale CAS mailing list [email protected] http://tp.its.yale.edu/mailman/listinfo/cas
