Hi,

Just a reminder that if you have a CAS question, please email the CAS
Users/Developers list where appropriate. Please do not contact the
developers directly by email or IM (AIM, GoogleTalk, etc.).

Asking questions on-list allows the community at large to help answer
questions as well as provide an archive for people who in the future have
the same question. Asking questions privately can distract a developer from
their immediate day job or from their own private non-work time (which for
everyone is often limited and generally occurs at different times than the
person asking the question considering the CAS user base is global).

Using the list provides the best options for contacting developers and
expecting a response in a reasonable amount of time. Like you, the CAS
developers have day jobs and cannot respond immediately to your question.
If you've asked a question and haven't received a response, please try
re-posting with additional information if possible. You may not have
received a response because people are not familiar with specific scenario
and providing additional details may allow them to help your troubleshoot
it. Or it may have been missed among all the other email sent out.

The only exception to the above rule would be a potential security issue
where mailing the list may expose CAS deployers to a security risk.

Thanks for your understanding and help.
-Scott
