Thanks for the information.  If it doesn't get GPL'ed, i'm pretty sure I can
write what I need to tide me over until CAS 3.1.

I've already written my own SSOut solution, so it'll end up being another
thing I can remove once 3.1 comes out. :)

I have requested that we distribute our Java source under the GPL.  It
is possible the University is willing to distribute, but under a
different license.  In any case I hope to have an answer within a few
days.  If and when the request is approved, I should be able to have the
source available for download shortly thereafter.
