So, moving forward, is the final 3.1 version going require maven be 
installed in order to install CAS or will it be a 'standard' package as 
we've seen in the past?  I'm having issues getting maven to play nicely 
with RH Enterprise 5 and am wondering if I should wait till the final 
version is released.
