We should probably update it to include the CAS 3.1 specific information
(especially since the CAS 3.1 way is easier ;-)).  We can either do that by
listing both methods or defining a generic "If you're still using CAS
3.0.xhere is how you do dependency management page".

I've CCed Harry, our documentation coordinator, on this so he can chime in.
