Duran, If WebAdvisor uses the standard Java Security methods (i.e. uses request.getRemoteUser()) you can place the CAS Filters in front of the application in the web.xml and it should recognize it.
Otherwise, you'll need to do some digging into their documentation to see where their plugin points are for providing your own security. I unfortunately am not familiar with WebAdvisor nor do I have access to the source code.
