I did the equivalent with my bundle: stopped JBoss + Tomcat, and deleted
~/Liferay/server/default/deploy/cas.war and the contents of
~/Liferay/server/default/tmp/ (where WAR files are unpacked to).

I built it and copied cas-server-3.1.1/cas-server-webapp/target/cas.war to
~/Liferay/server/default/deploy/
