All of the JSP pages are located here: CAS_PROJECT_HOME/cas-server-webapp/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/view/jsp/default
When migrating your JSPs, please be careful as there are some new features in the latest versions of CAS that should be carried over into your JSP pages (i.e. the use of the Spring Form tags, required INPUT fields, etc.).
