All of the JSP pages are located here:
CAS_PROJECT_HOME/cas-server-webapp/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/view/jsp/default

When migrating your JSPs, please be careful as there are some new features
in the latest versions of CAS that should be carried over into your JSP
pages (i.e. the use of the Spring Form tags, required INPUT fields, etc.).

If you're more familiar with Maven2, the page I previously listed details
create a separate project and including the latest CAS war in that project
and doing overlaying of files (but that is for people more familiar with
Maven2) that allows you to not overwrite the original files.
