Li,

I don't know how is proceeded the wish-list, and I don't know if the community 
is in need of this. I'm in need of this too, and I might develop it one day.

But, although I believe it would be a important and interesting evolution for 
CAS, it's a step toward access control witch is not the fundamental purpose of 
CAS.

Maybe Scott and the rest of the community can give their opinion on this... ?
