  I only tested against Apache 2.0 when I ported mod_auth_cas to
Windows, as that was my immediate need.  Although untested, I would
expect compilation against Apache 2.2 to work identically, simply by
following the same directions, but installing Apache 2.2 instead.
Please give it a try, and report back to the list with your results.
