Hello All
Below is an email from one of our developer at college, we are trying to implement uPortal v3.0.0 and have run into some problems, can someone help us out with it? My name is Herb Cameron and I currently implementing a test version of uPortal here at Manchester Community College in New Hampshire. I have successfully built an instance of uPortal which is running with the following setup: uPortal v3.0.0 Tomcat 5.5 MySql 5 Ubuntu Server 8.04 Maven2 Ant 1.6.5 Under the direction of the Nabble/uPortal user's forum, I have changed all instances of "localhost" to my server's hostname. Currently the system seems to work as expected right up through authentication. My catalina log shows the user is being authenticated successfully, but when redirected, I am sent back to the default login page. If you have any suggestions as to what might be wrong in my configuration, I would appreciate it.
