You can only do stuff to our SVN that requires anonymous read access. Anything else will fail.

So checkout to our SVN should work because its a read-only operation. I'm not sure of the result of doing an import to our SVN.

So I ...

run ... [EMAIL PROTECTED] svnrepos]# svn import -m "new cas3" cas
https://www.ja-sig.org/svn/cas3/

from

/opt/svnrepos on my system... and it asks me for a root password...

can we not do a import?

I'm new to SVN, can I just do a checkout, then import from the file
system?

Thanks!
