This looks like it'll be good stuff! Previously in CAS 3.0.5 I modified the AuthenicationManagerImpl class to do the appropriate logging that I need to track the successful authentication of someone. It'll be nice to get rid of one more hack in our code when we get converted! Thanks to the hard work on this! Starting with 3.2 we've pre-configured CAS using our Inspektr library which has the ability to log actions (defaults are either Commons Logging or database). -Scott -Scott Battaglia PGP Public Key Id: 0x383733AA LinkedIn: http://www.linkedin.com/in/scottbattaglia On Tue, Jun 24, 2008 at 11:31 AM, Mark McCoy <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: Our security team is requiring us to keep track of user activity related to our CAS logins. From the CAS wiki, I see that the team at Cal Poly already has a log4j configuration that is set up to do this (theirs logs to an Oracle DB, we just need flat files for now). Is this log4j.properties file available anywhere? I couldn't find it on the wiki or with google. -- Mark McCoy Enterprise Services (Unix Group) Office of Information Technology The University of Texas at San Antonio (210) 458-5871 _______________________________________________ Yale CAS mailing list [email protected] http://tp.its.yale.edu/mailman/listinfo/cas
