Indrit,
There's no specific migration guide.  Part of it depends on what, if any,
modifications you made to the CAS 2.x server.  If you made minimal changes
to the CAS 2.x server you'll just need to configure CAS 3.x to use the same
authentication method that you had configured in CAS 2.x.
