CAS is a single sign on service (and authentication mechanism).  Its not
really designed to be a consolidated sign on service.  If you have different
authentication methods per application its not going to work well.

You may need to deploy one per set of applications that use the same data
store.  CAS can support multiple data stores but only when the users are
unique across all the data stores.
