The timeout is 5 minutes, its for the Spring Webflow. If you're using CAS 3.3, there's a bug in Spring 2.5.5 that broke functionality that used to work. We're waiting for the Spring 2.5.6 which is supposed to fix it. Spring 2.5.6 is scheduled for October 20th I believe.
