Thai, Thanks for the response. That is exactly what I was thinking about doing but I can't seem to find an API for Gmail. Could you direct me to where you found this or possibly provide code samples of how you were able to do the password syncing to Google? We are also using LDAP with Active Directory so this would be exactly what we want to do.
