Any exceptions in the logs?  Is there anything displayed on the page that came with the HTTP 500?

Does anyone else occasionally get HTTP 500 errors when authenticating with CAS?  It seems random and I am unable to determine what it is.  If I refresh the page immediately after experiencing the error, I am presented with the login page again and everything works fine.

Any ideas?
