If you need such a function, please give more details on your
requirements (it would be better to open a topic in CAS's wiki):

1. Do you mind using a java applet to sign the text in client and send
it to CAS?

2. How to get the CRL from CA?

3. How to get the public key of a user?

4. and etc.

When the design is done, I guess we can contribute such a implement back
to CAS in 2009. Everything is almost there in the open source world.
Just need an assembling.
