This is problem since a very long time in Spring/Hibernate/CGLIB applications. THe main cause of it is still not clear. It only happens in Sun JVM environments (because there, the PermGen Space is separated from the heap).
You can increase the PermGen space, but please note that this does not fix anything. It is just a workaround which gives you the possibility to reload the application more often.
