As Robert mentioned, the SSOut feature has been available since CAS 3.1.0,
however there was an important bug fix for it at 3.1.1.  Make sure you are
using a version of 3.1.1 or higher.  Also, you need to update your CAS
clients to the JA-SIG Java CAS client 3.1 as the SSOut feature requires some
work on the client side.  You will need to update the JAR and add a new
