All,

I just put a fix into our SVN for the JASIG CAS Client for Java 3.1 so that
it will work. The issue was that the Jira authenticator accidentally
depended on the Confluence Authenticator which was causing problems since
the Confluence Authenticator couldn't be loaded since all its dependencies
weren't there.

This fix will be in the upcoming CAS Client for Java 3.1.5 release.
