There is no readily available tarball atm - just the raw svn tag.  I
suppose you could grab the tarball from the Debian source package[1] --
but that introduces a rather interesting dependency.

Scott - does JA-SIG's svn support any sort of post-commit tag actions,
such as generating and publishing tarballs?  If not, and since I'm a
believer that tarballs don't belong in svn, is there a JA-SIG location
to which we could post a tarball?
