Hi Fatih,
The toolset is generally installed using ISE Foundation, which should come
with CoreGen. I'm not sure that System Generator will be compatible with
Webpack.
In any case, the WebPack will not support the Virtex-II Pro -50s and -70s
that are currently on CASPER hardware.
