Hi James

I Installed Xilinx under:

 /opt/Xilinx/14.7/ISE_DS

I am not sure to which bin/lin64 matlab is referring because you can find
them under

/opt/Xilinx/14.7/ISE_DS/ISE/bin/lin64

and


/opt/Xilinx/14.7/ISE_DS/common/bin/lin64
