This is pretty much all I'm going to push for adding to the release readme
file, I don't think it's too much to maintain.
Personally when I download some new tool I want to have a clear and concise,
step by step guide on how to get it to do something. Even though Cassandra is
in quite a niche market I think there's a high risk of losing potential users
simply because they get stuck on the installation procedure. There's plenty of
other problems out there for them, we should make this part the easy bit :)
