I found another bug in the patch. The reader in FileStruct is never closed
after the the getKeyRange call. This is going to leave some file descriptors
open. Part of the reason for this is the usage of the standard Iterator
interface, which doesn't have a close().
Reopening this JIRA for further investigation.
