How about changing this:
cassandra-0.3.0-bin.tar.gz
to this:
apache_cassandra_incubating-0.3.0-bin.tar.gz
or something similar. After graduating the word "incubating" would be dropped
and the release name would be:
apache_cassandra-0.3.0-bin.tar.gz
