You can't set the initial token unless you set it in the config file. I will
attach a command shell script and a patch shortly that requires u to set the
initial token for each node one at a time. The original verb handler is
suppose to propagate the token list to the rest of the ring, but it doesn't
work. I haven't got a chance to resolve that yet.
