v1-0001-CASSANDRA-428-remove-unused-continuation-code.txt removes the code that
created the commons-javaflow dependency, and to the best of my knowledge, isn't
being used for anything.
Of the two solutions I prefer this one be applied to the 0.4 branch.
P.S. I really like removing code. It might be a sickness.
