Rebased the patches slightly.
* Why does o.a.c.a.CassandraDaemon implement IPluggableAPI? Also, I would make
CassandraDaemon a concrete class
* All of the startup logic in o.a.c.a.a.CassandraDaemon should not have a main
method, and should probably be renamed like ThriftDaemon was
