- fixed IOC-ISSUE-199 - NamingPartsSubSystem broken when
RegisterHandlerForwarding is used
I changed the key that forwarded handlers are registered with, to be consistent
with format NamingPartsSubSystem uses:
common:key1=true,
ForwardedType=Castle.MicroKernel.Tests.ClassComponents.CommonImpl2
Not the ideal solution but it was the quickest, and that subsystem is not
really used widely anyway.
