- RebuildContextForParameter in DefaultDependencyResolver is now protected
virtual so that it's possible to override the behavior that was changed since
RC3 to disallow inline arguments be propagated further down resolution chain
and revert back to the old one (decision based on 2 recent request to bring
back this feature. With that we leave the door open if someone really wants to
do this).
