- moved logic modifying ComponentModel from Kernel.ComponentModelCreated
handler to a IContributeComponentModelConstruction implementation.
- did some minor clean up in the facility class and reformatted the class.

- fixed exception message when using IWcfClientFactory without
TypedFactoryFacility. This also fails when TFF is registered, but after WCFF.
The exception message now mentions that.
This is a temporary countermeasure. We should have no dependencies like that
between facilities in the first place.
