- fixed two related issues regarding subscribing to methods on Burden for
releasing objects.
one - DynamicParameters when return Releasing delegate, the delegate would be
called only when the object was successfully released, not only when a release
was attempted
two - release delegate was not unsubscribing after being invoked.
