- fixed IOC-273 - Auto register PerWebRequestLifestyleModule using
PreApplicationStartMethodAttribute at runtime
- improved the exception message for when the module is not present. Showing
information about the automagic registration when relevant. Also information
about integrated pipeline mode is now shown only when running in integrated
pipeline mode.
