- changed how Lazy<> components work - To my surprise Lazy<> from FCL is not
sealed, so I added LazyEx type that is now providing the service in Windsor.
This change also allows us to support scenarios where the component we resolve
from lazy requires some additional stuff that we want to pass through Lazy.
