- fixed IOC-336
This actually re-structures how we close open-generic handlers. Now we do a
better job to ensure for handlers having multiple services we replicate all of
them on the closed version. This should elliminate a whole range of subtle bugs
or unexpected behaviours in those (uncommon, yes) cases.
