removed APTCA and security transparency in CP
This was causing security exceptions all over the place in Client Profile due
to security mismatch between Castle.Windsor.dll and Castle.Core.dll
I'm not sure which way we want to proceed moving forward but for now I'd rather
err on the side of safety
