Castle.Facilities.AutoTx.Tests: add test for forked transaction
* see http://issues.castleproject.org/issue/DYNPROXY-173 for details
* similar test is used in Castle.Facilities.NHibernate and ends in never-ending
loop
tuple.item2.Proceed() is intercepted by TransactionInterceptor and new
ForkCase is called which again calls Proceed()
