AFAIR, these have never been implemented. If you want to implement them, just send a patch (containing the respective tests) and I'll incorporate it into the trunk. If you do so, don't forget to test serialization. If you don't want to do it yourself - I've wanted to implement IInterceptorSelector for quite some time, but I have yet to find a few free hours for it.
