1. var and initializers will run on .NET 2.0, however I meant they don't
compile with the 2.0 compiler. I wasn't sure if we were still supporting the
2.0 compiler.
2. Thanks for the example.
4. I was thinking that there is enough overloads already we don't want to
keep making more sets. You could create a ProxyRuntimeOptions with the
interceptors and interceptor selector and pass it to CreateXYZProxy, however
this might be overkill and some overloaded methods could just be added.
