Summary: No ability to set DateTime input formatting

Description:
DateTime input formatting in scaffolding views seems to be hardcoded to
MM/DD/YY. This is a problem for countries which use other formats, like Germany
which uses DD/MM/YY. It would be great to have a way, to set them by yourself.
