Hello, I have added a patch for this issue including a new unit test.
Please review the patch and comment that exists on FACILITIES-ISSUE-111. The issue actually existed within Microkernel, and should detect service overrides within lists and arrays at an earlier point, allowing the startable facility to wait until the dependencies are met properly.
