Description:
The jquery validation plugin uses maxlength as the rule name to
validate for maxlength
(http://docs.jquery.com/Plugins/Validation/Methods/maxlength#length).
The JQueryValidator is generating maxLength, the casing is important in
javascript!
This patch fixes the casing and it also adds 2 tests.
